A practical yet stylish layout for groups or families. Each bedroom features its own cozy sleeping arrangement: a double bed in one, and two singles in the other. Warm tones, natural materials, and soft lighting create an inviting atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. FAQs - our rooms

  • All double beds at Hotel ÜJA measure 180 cm and consist of two separate 90 cm mattresses. This allows guests to enjoy the comfort of a large bed while still having individual mattresses. All singles have a standard 90cm mattress.

  • Yes. In our Superior rooms, we can add a third bed for friends or family members. This is a real bed with a full 90 cm mattress, ensuring the same comfort as the other beds in the room.
    Babies and toddlers can stay with their parents free of charge. However, we do not provide cribs.

  • Each of our 11 rooms is unique, with its own layout and character. For this reason we cannot guarantee specific room numbers, only the room category you book.

    Some rooms feature mountain views, others overlook the Clozza river that flows right beside the hotel, and some have charming sloped ceilings under the roof.

  • All rooms are designed using traditional Engadin pine wood (Arve), which gives the rooms their characteristic warm atmosphere and natural scent. Arven wood has been used in Engadin homes for centuries and creates a calm and cozy alpine feeling.

  • No. One of the special aspects of Hotel ÜJA is that every room is different. Some rooms feature more wood elements, others have wider views or different layouts — but all share the same cozy boutique style and Engadin character and show the interesting story of this house that has existed for over 125 years.

  • Depending on the room, you may enjoy views of the Engadin mountains, the village of Scuol, or the Clozza river that runs beside the hotel. Each room offers a slightly different perspective of the surrounding alpine landscape.
    We have a terrasse accessible to all guests where you can enjoy full mountain view.
