Meet your chef

Emanuel Berni is a chef and cookbook author from Vals, Graubünden, with a deep connection to the Alpine region and its produce.

His cooking is inspired by what grows and is produced in the mountains – from garden vegetables and wild herbs to ingredients sourced from local producers. In his cookbook Alpine Inspiration, Emanuel brings this philosophy to life through modern interpretations of regional cuisine and his own food photography.

For three evenings at Hotel ÜJA, he’ll bring his approach to Scuol with a creative, seasonal vegetarian 4-course menu.
