FAQs

Is breakfast included?

Yes – all our guests enjoy a regional breakfast, included in the room rate. We focus on fresh, local products to give you the perfect start to your day in the mountains.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, 100% of the booking amount will be charged. However, as a small, independent hotel, we kindly ask for your understanding — we rely on guests keeping their reservations. That said, depending on the timing and reason, we’re often happy to move your stay or offer a discount for a future booking.

How do I pay for my stay?

Payment is generally due in advance or by the day of arrival.

  • For all bookings made directly on our website, your debit or credit card details are collected, and we automatically charge the amount one day before arrival.

  • For bookings made via email or phone, we can send you either an invoice for bank transfer or a secure payment link.

What is included in the “Gästekarte Plus”?

The Gästekarte Plus is included with every stay and gives you access to amazing regional benefits:

  • Summer: Unlimited mountain rides (also with your bike!)

  • Winter: One return mountain trip (up & down)

  • Year-round: Unlimited public transport across the Lower Engadin, including the National Park region, S-charl, Samnaun, and more

  • 20% discount on entry to the Bogn Engiadina Scuol spa

  • Plus many other local discounts and experiences

Are dogs welcome?

Is there parking available?
