Yes. The yoga sessions are designed for all levels, including beginners. The retreat focuses on slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the Engadin mountains.

How many people join the retreat?

The retreat is intentionally small and intimate. Hotel ÜJA has only 11 rooms, which means the group size is usually around 15–20 guests, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.

Does Hotel ÜJA have a yoga space?

Yes. Hotel ÜJA has a private yoga and movement room where classes are held. The room is equipped with mats and basic yoga equipment, and sessions can also take place on the terrace when the weather permits.

Is Hotel ÜJA suitable for personal retreats or small group retreats?

Yes. With 11 rooms and space for about 20 guests, Hotel ÜJA is ideal for small retreats, workshops, or mindful getaways in the peaceful surroundings of the Lower Engadin.
